Douglas Perry is the author of four books and co-author of another.
 
His journalism has appeared in The Oregonian, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, The Seattle Times, Tennis magazine, and many other publications.
 
Doug has won the Best American Newspaper Narratives Contest, a Society for Features Journalism Award, and a National Headliner Award. He’s a five-time winner of the Society of Professional Journalists’ Pacific Northwest feature-writing award.

His work has been chosen twice for the annual anthology The Best American Newspaper Narratives.

He lives in Portland, Oregon.
